Mesoeclat Glass Skin

Treatment Description

Mesoeclat Glass Skin is our signature red carpet treatment, a powerful, multi-phase skin rejuvenation programme developed by Mesoestetic, one of the world’s leading medical skincare brands. Combining advanced resurfacing technology with deeply regenerating mesotherapy actives, the Mesoeclat programme is designed to deliver an immediate glowing, radiant appearance while initiating deep cellular renewal that restores vitality, elasticity, and luminosity to the skin over time.

The treatment is inspired by the coveted Korean Glass Skin ideal, a translucent, dewy, poreless complexion that radiates health and youth. Unlike standard facials, Mesoeclat works at a cellular level to activate the skin’s natural defence mechanisms against ageing, stimulate collagen fibre regeneration, and progressively resurface and renew the skin across a structured five-session programme, with visible results from the very first session.

Suitable for all skin types, including ethnic skin, the treatment addresses a broad range of concerns from acne and rosacea to pigmentation, scarring, dullness, and the early to advanced signs of ageing, making it one of the most versatile skin health programmes available.

What to Expect

  • The Programme: Mesoeclat consists of five sessions at ten-day intervals, with each session building progressively on the last. The full programme is structured to deliver cumulative, long-lasting skin transformation, not just an immediate glow.
  • Each Session Three Phases: Every Mesoeclat session is structured in three phases: epidermal renewal and reduction of imperfections; skin regeneration and increasing luminosity; and in-depth moisturising to eliminate wrinkles and fine lines. This layered approach ensures that each session addresses the skin at multiple levels simultaneously.
  • Active Ingredients: The Mesoeclat serums and moisturisers are formulated with a potent combination of active ingredients including regenerating agents, collagen-stimulating compounds, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and astringent actives, and deeply hydrating molecules. Together, these ingredients produce cellular renewal, restore the collagen fibre network, and leave the skin looking visibly brighter, firmer, and more refined.
  • The Experience: The treatment is applied topically by a qualified clinician and is comfortable throughout, there is minimal to no discomfort. Following the session, a special treatment serum is left on the skin and should remain undisturbed overnight to maximise its cellular activity. Sessions typically take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
  • LED Light Therapy Enhancement: For enhanced results, Mesoeclat sessions can be combined with LED light therapy, which accelerates cellular repair, reduces post-treatment inflammation, and amplifies the radiance-boosting effect of the peel.
  • Results: An immediate glowing appearance is visible after the very first session. Improvements in skin texture, tone, and vitality deepen progressively over the five-session programme, with continued improvement between sessions as the cellular renewal process unfolds.

Benefits

  • Immediate Radiance: The treatment delivers a visible, immediate glowing and radiant skin appearance from the very first session, making it ideal as a red carpet or pre-event treatment.
  • Cellular Renewal: Activates the skin’s natural regeneration processes at a cellular level, restoring vitality and elasticity to dull, fatigued, or ageing skin.
  • Collagen Regeneration: Has a direct regenerating action on the collagen fibres within the skin matrix, stimulating new collagen synthesis for firmer, more resilient skin. Clinical studies show mesotherapy-based treatments can increase collagen synthesis by 30 to 40% within weeks of treatment.
  • Anti-Inflammatory & Antimicrobial: The active formulation possesses anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and astringent properties, making it highly effective for reducing acne, calming rosacea, and managing skin congestion.
  • Treats Acne & Rosacea: Targets acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation, and calms reactive skin, a potent option for those managing chronic skin conditions including acne and rosacea.
  • Fades Pigmentation: Promotes cell turnover and epidermal renewal to reduce the appearance of pigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone.
  • Reduces Fine Lines & Wrinkles: In-depth moisturising and collagen stimulation combine to visibly plump and smooth fine lines and early wrinkles across the treatment course.
  • Suitable for All Skin Types: Safe and effective for all skin tones (including ethnic and darker skin types) with a well-tolerated formulation that does not cause significant downtime or photosensitivity.

Preparation Instructions

  • Vitamin A: Stop using retinol (vitamin A) products two nights before your appointment.
  • Active Skincare: Avoid AHAs, BHAs, and other exfoliating or active skincare ingredients for at least two to three days before treatment.

  • Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning in the days before treatment.

Aftercare

  • ⚠️ Crucial Rule: Do not wash your skin on the evening of treatment, a special active serum is left on the skin overnight and must remain undisturbed to allow maximum cellular activity. Wash gently the following morning only.
  • Night of Treatment: A special treatment serum has been applied and must be left on the skin overnight. Do not wash your face or apply any additional products this evening.
  • Day After Treatment: You may now gently wash the treatment off using a gentle cleanser and a soft cloth. Use only gentle, fragrance-free products for the next few days, avoid anything active or harsh. Do not forget your SPF.
  • Day 2: Some light flaking or tight, dry skin may occur as the skin’s renewal process accelerates. Do not pick at or pull any flaking skin, allow it to shed naturally. Apply a calming, nourishing moisturiser to support comfort and hydration.
  • Day 3: Continue gentle hydration and SPF. A daily collagen supplement taken throughout your Mesoeclat programme can significantly improve your results.
  • Day 4: You may now reintroduce your active products this evening.
  • Ongoing Aftercare: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every morning throughout the programme and beyond. Avoid retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and strong vitamin C for three days after each session. Your practitioner will recommend a personalised homecare routine to use between sessions.

FAQ

What is Mesoeclat and how is it different from a standard facial or chemical peel?
Mesoeclat is an advanced, multi-phase medical skin rejuvenation programme by Mesoestetic, not a standard facial or single-step chemical peel. It combines epidermal resurfacing, mesotherapy-inspired cellular regeneration, and deep moisturising in a structured five-session programme. This layered, progressive approach works at a deeper cellular level than a standard facial, delivering both immediate radiance and long-term skin transformation.

When will I see results?
An immediate, glowing, radiant appearance is visible after the very first session. Deeper improvements in skin texture, tone, firmness, and vitality develop progressively across the five sessions, with continued cellular renewal occurring between each appointment.

Why can’t I wash my face on the night of treatment?
A specially formulated active serum is applied at the end of each session and left on the skin overnight. This serum needs uninterrupted contact time with the skin to work at a cellular level — washing it off prematurely would significantly reduce its effectiveness. Gently cleansing the following morning is all that is needed.

Is it suitable for sensitive or ethnic skin?
Yes. Mesoeclat is suitable for all skin types and tones, including sensitive, reactive, and ethnic skin. The formulation is designed to be well tolerated with minimal discomfort and no significant photosensitivity, making it a safe resurfacing option year-round and for skin tones where more aggressive peels carry greater risk.

What is the difference between Mesoeclat and Cosmelan?
Both treatments are developed by Mesoestetic. Cosmelan is a highly intensive depigmentation treatment specifically designed to address stubborn melanin-based pigmentation such as melasma; it is more aggressive, requires longer application times, and involves a more intensive downtime period. Mesoeclat is a gentler, more broadly targeted rejuvenation programme suitable for a wider range of concerns including dullness, ageing, acne, and rosacea, with less downtime and immediate visible radiance from the first session.

Can I combine Mesoeclat with LED light therapy?
Yes and we highly recommend it. LED light therapy significantly enhances the results of skin peels by accelerating cellular healing, reducing post-treatment inflammation, and amplifying the radiance and collagen-stimulating effects of the Mesoeclat actives.

How many sessions will I need?
The Mesoeclat programme consists of five sessions at ten-day intervals. This structured course is designed to deliver cumulative, progressive skin transformation. Following programme completion, regular maintenance sessions can be scheduled to sustain and build on your results over time.
